Olives in Brine
These Olives are grown at Stafford Lane Estate and are hand picked. The Olives are picked while still green and crunchy. They are processed with their stones in using a traditional method. Once they are completely brined, they are packed into glass jars with a brine/vinegar mixture. These olives are crunchy and slightly salty to taste.
