Hojiblanca, Verdial, Picual are some Spanish varieties which have been combined with the Italian variety Frantoio olives to produce an oil which is green/golden in colour with a fruity slightly bitter after taste and deep aroma with a lingering finish. This oil is sold in 1 liter; 2 liter or 5 litre packs to restaurants. It can change slightly in composition each year depending on the combination of the olives, which are gathered from our many different trees on the property and pressed together.
