Dukkah
Dukkah is a traditional Egyptian snack food which we make from the Hazelnuts we grow at Stafford Lane Estate. It is traditonally served as a dip with a bowl of olive oil, a bowl of Dukkah and pieces of bread or it can be used mixed with breadcrumbs for cooking as a seasoning or sprinkled over vegetables or a green salad.
